Baked Chicken Parmesan

Nutrition facts (one 8oz chicken breast)
Calories- 459 Fats-11g Carbs -17g Fiber-3g Protein-71g

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts (8oz each) cut in half

  • ½ cup of egg whites

  • 2tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 cup of whole wheat bread crumbs

  • ¼ parmesan cheese

  • 1tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1tsp garlic salt

  • 1tsp of garlic salt

  • 3% Mexican cheese

  • 6tbs of salsa or marinara sauce

Directions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl

  • Mix all the wet ingredients together

  • Cut the chicken breast in half and trip the fat

  • Dip the chicken in the wet ingredients then put it in a deep oven dish

  • Pour the dry ingredients on top of the chicken and flip it couple times till its all covered with bread crumbs

  • 6tbs of salsa or sauce on top of the chicken

  • ½ a cup of cheese on top of all ingredients

  • Preheat the over to 400 degrees

  • Cook it for 30 minutes
