Baked Chicken Parmesan

Nutrition facts (one 8oz chicken breast)

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts (8oz each) cut in half
½ cup of egg whites
2tbsp of olive oil
1 cup of whole wheat bread crumbs
¼ parmesan cheese
1tsp Italian seasoning
1tsp garlic salt
1tsp of garlic salt
3% Mexican cheese
6tbs of salsa or marinara sauce
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl
Mix all the wet ingredients together
Cut the chicken breast in half and trip the fat
Dip the chicken in the wet ingredients then put it in a deep oven dish
Pour the dry ingredients on top of the chicken and flip it couple times till its all covered with bread crumbs
6tbs of salsa or sauce on top of the chicken
½ a cup of cheese on top of all ingredients
Preheat the over to 400 degrees
Cook it for 30 minutes
