  • 2 scoops of chocolate or Vanilla whey protein

  • 2tbs of PB2 (low fat peanut butter powder, saves you around 150 calories)

  • ½ a cup of Oats

  • 1/2 a cup of slices banana

  • 1 cup of almond milk or water
